Founder, CEO, mother, and multidimensional leader, I bridge visionary strategy with embodied wisdom. With over 20 years across advertising, marketing, film, operations and experiential production, I disrupt convention to architect impact.

They are the architecture of my business, the compass of my soul, and the heartbeat of every transformation I facilitate.
Freedom:
The unapologetic liberation of self. Freedom is the reclamation of authenticity — the shift from living inside inherited stories and systems into infinite possibility. It is the radical transmutation of limitation into creation, the expansion into a reality born from deep truth and deep gratitude. This is where we begin: uncaged, unbound, undeniable.
Grace:
The quiet power of compassion. Grace is the sacred act of returning to oneself — through forgiveness, self-compassion, and embodied healing. It is witnessing the echoes of trauma in the body, and choosing to release them. Grace is how we invite homeostasis, how we unlock somatic liberation, how we open to vitality. This is the space where healing becomes real.
Sovereignty:
The embodied knowing of self-leadership. Sovereignty is not just a concept — it is a lived experience of radical trust. Trust in your body, your mind, your knowing. It is the integration of being: mature, awakened, whole. Sovereignty is walking through the unknown without needing to control it. It is true power, full responsibility, and deep presence. This is what it means to BE.
MY STORY
WITH OVER 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN LEADERSHIP ROLES, I’VE BUILT A CAREER AS AN ENTREPRENEUR, EXECUTIVE LEADER, COACH AND CREATIVE INNOVATOR.
Born in Melbourne and raised in London, I studied Film Production at Bournemouth University, and worked across film, advertising, experiential design, and product, continually expanding my creative vision. My journey has cultivated a deep curiosity about the human experience, leading me to travel extensively across the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and India. All of which has infused my passion, work and creativity.
Currently splitting my time between the USA and UK, I am a proud mother of three. Survivors of domestic violence, I reclaimed our lives, attained 100% custody of my children and personal freedom. I am resilient, dedicated, and focused on both personal and professional growth, striving for a healthy work-life balance while supporting my teams at work and my family in their ambitions and desires to succeed.
